Following a recent review of the usage of our Inland Border Facilities, it has been confirmed that our Inland Border Facilities at Warrington and Ebbsfleet will be closing.

• The Warrington IBF site will be closing to all customers from 23:59 on 13th November 2022
• The Ebbsfleet IBF will also be closing to all customers from 23:59 on 27th November 2022

The sites were originally introduced to support new customs processes when the UK left the EU. As Sevington and Holyhead sites are now open and fully operational, the sites are no longer required as all services are available through Sevington and Holyhead.

With the move towards the closure of the sites, you are encouraged to start using either Sevington or Holyhead with immediate effect.
