Scotland TranServ are preparing a scheme of essential carriageway resurfacing works, to be carried out on the A75 to/from Cairnryan starting this evening (Friday 5th October).

The works involve resurfacing approximately 900m of existing Trunk Road. It is proposed that the works will have a construction duration of one weekend (working continuously for 24 hours), and three weekday nights. See below for details.

This will consist of a full carriageway closure, with trunk road traffic diverted via A711, Tongland and A762. Please see diversion route and allow extra time for your journey.
